Q: I've never touched a gun before. Can I be comfortable with this class?
A: YES! We will guide you through all of the basics like: gun terms; pistol knowledge; safe gun handling; ammunition knowledge; fundamentals of shooting; firing your first shots; shooting positions; and we will even introduce you to pistol sports and activities the entire family can enjoy! Safety is our #1 goal and we will never talk "over your head".
Q: How long is the course? How much does it cost?
A: Our course is 12 hours: 10 hours of certified knowledge training; 2 hours of practical hands-on range time and actual shooting experience. The cost is $75.00.

Q: What kind of gun do I need?
A: First of all, you do NOT need a concealed carry pistol for this class. Any pistol in good working condition is acceptable. We recommend first time shooters learn with a .22 cal so it is comfortable, fun, and inexpensive to shoot! You can take the knowledge learned in this class to make an informed buying decision when you are ready. We don't sell guns so you can be confident in our inbiased assistance with your first purchase.
Q: Should I wait until the "kinks" are worked out of the new law?
A: We waited several months ourselves before begining classes. Our questions have been awnsered and things are going very well in Ohio! You will receive a copy of "Ohios Concealed Carry Law" during the class. We also included some great links on the side of this page!
